Social Responsibility

At Teeravo, responsible retail starts with the information and commitments attached to a purchase. We aim to describe products accurately, explain costs and timelines before checkout, and respond when customers raise a concern.

Be specific about what is being sold

A product's listing should describe that product's materials, design, measurements, and care needs. Claims about origin, organic or recycled content, environmental benefits, or certifications require support for the item concerned. A feature of one style or package should not be assumed to apply to every item we offer. Future additions to the collection are not counted as available stock.

Set expectations for the businesses we work with

We expect suppliers and service providers to comply with applicable labor and workplace safety requirements. Forced labor and unlawful child labor are inconsistent with those expectations. These principles do not constitute a claim that all suppliers or facilities have received independent audits or certifications. Credible concerns will be reviewed and considered when deciding how to proceed with a business relationship.

Help customers care for their clothing

Follow the care label supplied with your garment and any relevant product instructions. If directions are unclear, ask us before washing or treating the item. We avoid blanket claims that every garment or package is sustainable, recyclable, or environmentally certified.

Make concerns easy to raise

Questions about a product claim, a business practice, or content ownership can be sent to info@teeravo.com. Include the relevant page or product link and a description of the concern, sharing only the personal information needed for us to review it.

We respect intellectual property and review reports of potentially unauthorized material. Our Legal Notice explains how to submit a rights-related report. For purchase commitments, see the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
